Placing your order
You can place your order in several ways. Through our online ordering system, by phone, fax, email or post. Bonds will make every effort to ensure that all of these methods are fully operational at all times. We cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by failures of any of the above methods.
Goods are shipped within 5 working days.
We shall not be liable to you or be deemed in breach of this Agreement by you for any delays in delivery beyond our reasonable control.
Please ensure that all the details that you give us are correct, so that we can carry out our obligation to you effectively. If you need something urgently, then please email us as there usually is some way we can help. If an order is late you can email or phone us to instigate an enquiry. Dependant on the method of shipping a tracking number may or may not be available. Wherever possible we will make every effort to locate your parcel and affect delivery. You are required to notify us within 3 days of receipt of your goods if the packaging is damaged in any way.
Shipping and handling
Please see details of individual shipping charges for each product. Products for delivery outside of the UK will carry an additional shipping charge. Customers will be contacted after placing their order with the option of cancelling their order or paying the additional charge.
Payment by cheque
If you pay by cheque, we will despatch the goods once the cheque has cleared informing you of the despatch date.
Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Bonds are made pursuant to a delivery contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Product Descriptions
Bonds attempts to be as accurate as possible. If a product offered by Bonds is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Non acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock, or if a custom made product, beyond our ability to make what you require.
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning goods and for correct packaging to ensure they arrive back in good condition. Should items be badly packaged so resulting in damaged goods, refund or exchange will not be possible.
